Requirements


1. You must meet the 2.85 overall GPA requirement.

2. Register for Recruitment

3. Attend New Member Orientation

4. Attend Open House

5. Attend Recruitment Open Events

6. Attend Recruitment Closed Events

7. Attend Bid Selection

8. Attend Bid Rally

Recruitment Schedule: Fall 2022

Orientation:

  • Location: Marshall Student Center Oval Theatre

  • Date: January 23rd

  • Check-In: 6:15

  • Potential New Members (PNMs) will attend an orientation presentation to introduce them to the Interfraternity Council.

Open House:

  • Location: Marshall Student Center

  • Date: January 23rd

  • Check-In: After Orientation

  • Meet the Chapters: PNMs will get to meet the Brothers from each chapter and learn about the Chapters as well as the weeks Recruitment events.

Open Events:

  • Date: January 24th - January 28

  • Times: Vary by Chapter

  • All fraternities will host their personal events that are open to all PNMs.

Closed Events:

  • Invite-Only

  • Date: January 28 - January 30th

  • Times: Vary by Chapter

  • Each fraternity will host a closed, invitation only, events.

Bid Selection:

  • Location: Marshall Student Center Room 3705

  • Date: January 31st

  • Time: 10 AM - 4 PM

  • PNMs will accept the bid of their choosing in secret.

  • All PNMs must attend in order to select the fraternity they want to join.

Bid Rally:

  • Location: MSC Amphitheater

  • Date: January 31st

  • Time: 7-9 PM

  • A Rally celebrating and revealing the fraternities PNMs have selected a bid to.
